  • What is Red Door Management – Concierge and Home Services?

    Red Door Management is your advocate in arranging for quality vendors to provide a host of services for residents in the various communities we serve throughout Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. We do the screening and interviewing before they show up to your home. We can also provide a homewatch service to make sure your systems are working properly while you are away.

     

  • How does the program work?

    Red Door Management interviews area vendors in a number of trades to offer owners a variety of services. We screen each vendor to be sure they have the appropriate licenses and insurance, including liability insurance, automobile insurance and workers compensation. We also check experience and references. All you need to do is make one phone call to Red Door Management.

     

  • Why should we pay more to use Red Door Management? What are you fees?

    There are no additional fees to use Red Door Management vendors; you are charged the same price you would get if you called yourself. Because of the volume of business we can provide them and the administrative savings to their companies, the vendor agrees to a price break for Red Door Management. This is why you pay no more for all the convenience. We do offer supervised access in the event you would like someone to stay in your home with a vendor; we offer this at $65 per hour.

     

  • How do I pay for services?

    You can choose different forms of payments: Auto Pay by Credit or Debit Card or by check. We invoice services on a monthly basis so that ll your bills can be consolidated into one payment once a month.

     

  • We live here fulltime, why would we need to use Red Door Management?

    For the convenience, peace of mind and satisfaction guarantee, all you have to do is call or email our office with your request. We set the schedule, provide access and lock up after they leave. If in the event something wasn’t right, we follow through to your satisfaction. Red Door Management is a great way to know that you can get high  quality licensed and insured vendors to do the work in your home. We have more control over vendors when we give them the quantity of business that we do.

     

  • What services and vendors do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of vendors and services such as house cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, locksmith and so on, as well as our “Just Ask!” service. We also offer Homewatch for when you are away from your home; this is where we will walk through your home to make sure everything is running correctly and that there are no issues that need attention. We use innovative tools like our infrared thermometers to make sure air conditioning units not only run but are working efficiently.   • What is “Just Ask!”

    Our “Just Ask!” service is just that! Anything you need our assistance with, whether or notit is on our menu of services, “Just Ask!”. We will make an effort to add it to our menu of services.
